These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, and any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Nigerian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.
