Which CRM partner fits your project?
Choose Automatic Pallet when your customer relationship management (CRM) system is making everyday work harder: leads go unclaimed, sales stages mean different things to different people, or the weekly report still lives in a spreadsheet. Start with one visible problem. Our Free Audit helps you decide where to begin; Build Sprints start at ₦250,000.
Huble is worth considering when you need a larger HubSpot project and want a specialist with HubSpot Elite partner status. Its guidance covers business processes and rollout, as well as the software. Ask what the team recommends for your company size, tools, and staff.
A company fixing one broken hand-off may not need a company-wide CRM change. A business replacing systems across several teams may need a broader programme. Choose a provider whose written plan matches the job.
What would a useful CRM help you decide?
A CRM stores information about the people and companies you sell to. It can hold thousands of names and still fail to answer simple questions: who should follow up this week, which proposal is waiting for a decision, or where an enquiry came from.
A CRM only works well when your team uses the same rules. Agree what makes a sales opportunity worth tracking, who owns it, and what the next step should be. Then set up the system to make those decisions easier to see.
Automatic Pallet works on CRM setup and the processes around it: routing leads, connecting marketing activity to sales, and showing where follow-up is overdue. Huble's HubSpot specialism can suit a larger change centred on HubSpot. Before you pick a tool or provider, decide which business decision your CRM should make easier.

A starting price is not a full project quote. Our pricing page explains our options; ask Huble for a current proposal based on your own requirements.
Fix confusing sales rules before adding more CRM fields
Two salespeople may use the same “qualified” stage in different ways. One enters a new contact after a phone call; the other waits until a meeting is booked. The CRM then produces a report that looks precise but does not describe the same work.
Before adding fields or dashboards, agree on what each sales stage means. For example, “proposal sent” could mean a real document reached the customer, not simply that a salesperson moved a dropdown. Decide which information the team needs, and when it is reasonable to ask for it.
A useful first project can tidy stages and set a clear follow-up owner without moving the whole company to a new system. Ask both partners what they would change first and what existing work can stay.
Tell the provider what should happen when a customer acts
“Connect the CRM to our website” could mean making a contact, updating an old record, creating an opportunity, recording the campaign that brought the person in, or notifying a salesperson. These are different jobs.
Write one example in plain language: “When somebody asks for a quote, add them once, record which advert they came from, assign a salesperson, and show the next follow-up.” Then test that example with a new contact, an existing customer, and an incomplete form.
Automatic Pallet works across CRM, spreadsheets, marketing tools, and custom integrations. Huble has HubSpot specialist experience. For either partner, ask how the proposed setup will treat duplicate contacts and what your team will see if one step fails.
Make the report help someone take action
A report is useful when it helps a manager spot and fix a real delay. A sales lead might need to find proposals with no reply. A marketing manager might want to know which campaign produced sales-ready enquiries. Start with the question, then decide which information needs to appear.
Imagine a distributor with five salespeople and dozens of open quotes. A short report with customer, owner, last contact, and next step can show whose quote needs attention. Ten colourful charts cannot help if the team enters the last-contact date only when it remembers.
Ask the provider to show the report using ordinary customer records, including an older record with missing information. Make sure a manager can find the problem and show the team what to do next.
Make sure your team can use the new CRM
A CRM change affects how salespeople work. A required form field can be awkward on a phone. A notification can become noise when it goes to everybody. A new sales stage can create arguments if nobody explains when to use it.
Ask what training and written instructions are included. For a small project, your team may need one walkthrough and a short guide. For a company-wide change, you may need training for several roles and a gradual rollout.
Automatic Pallet's Build Sprint includes testing and handover notes. Huble has published guidance on change management. In either proposal, ask who answers questions once staff start using the new setup.
Budget for everything the project will need
Automatic Pallet publishes a free Revenue Leak Report, Build Sprints from ₦250,000, and Managed RevOps from ₦750,000 per month. A larger project is priced to its requirements. Review current pricing.
Ask both providers to price the same project, including the partner fee, software subscriptions, old-data cleanup, staff training, and help after launch. Their written totals will show whether the offers cover the same work.
| Automatic Pallet option | Published starting price | What you get started on |
|---|---|---|
| Revenue Leak Report | Free | Find a process that needs attention |
| Build Sprint | From ₦250,000 | Fix a priority CRM, follow-up, reporting, or campaign process |
| Managed RevOps | From ₦750,000 per month | Ongoing work on your revenue systems |
| Enterprise | Quote | More involved systems and team needs |
A project that includes several teams, years of customer data, or training for many staff will need a different budget from a change to one web form. Ask Huble for a proposal in the currency your agreement will use. Compare the total cost for the same job, not a small first project with a company-wide programme.
Send both providers the same short project brief
You do not need to write a technical document. Answer these questions in plain language:
- What event starts the process: a website form, an accepted quote, or an invoice paid?
- What should happen next, and who needs to know?
- Which tools and teams are involved?
- What currently goes wrong?
- What example would prove the process is working?
- Who can provide account access and make business decisions?
For example, ask both providers to fix an enquiry process that should create one customer record, show the original advert, assign an owner, and send a follow-up reminder. Include what should happen when the contact already exists. This gives you a much clearer basis for comparing price, timing, and the work each provider will do.
When to start with Automatic Pallet
Start with Automatic Pallet if you can point to a recurring problem and want to improve one part of your existing sales process. A Free Audit helps identify where to begin. A Build Sprint is a paid way to tackle a defined task. Managed RevOps offers ongoing help when your CRM and reporting need regular attention.
This can suit a founder or sales manager who needs to fix lead ownership or get a useful weekly report before asking the whole company to learn a new CRM. Your project will have a clear price and a specific piece of work to review.
When Huble may suit your project
Consider Huble when HubSpot is central to your plans and the change will affect several teams, business processes, or systems. Its HubSpot Elite partner status and published enterprise implementation guidance make it a relevant specialist to ask.
Ask who would run the project, how the team will help colleagues adopt the changes, and what happens after launch. Compare its answers with the same brief you give Automatic Pallet.
If your CRM is already in use
List the work that depends on your current CRM before changing anything: open proposals, web forms, staff reminders, reports, and links to other software. Identify who has the account passwords and the instructions for each connection.
Test proposed changes with sample records before switching over. Choose a date, tell staff where new enquiries will appear, and assign someone to check for problems during the first few days. Do not switch off a working process until the new one has been checked.
Plan the rollout around your team
A CRM change does not finish when a new field appears. Salespeople need to know which details to enter. Managers need to know when to follow up. Somebody needs to handle the first report that looks wrong.
Ask how the rollout will happen: who reviews the current records, who tests the new process, when staff learn it, and whom they contact for help. If several teams use the same customer details, decide which team owns each field before the change.
A practical first month could begin with one sales group. Check whether enquiries are assigned correctly and the report matches the team’s actual work. Fix confusing steps before the next group joins.
Add these steps to both proposals. Compare the training and review time included, not just the technical setup.
Choose a first group to move
If several teams need CRM changes, decide which people will try the new process first. A group that already handles website enquiries may be a good starting point. Choose someone to collect questions and relay them to the project lead.
Agree how old records will be handled. Staff should know whether to update an existing customer, add a new record, or ask a manager when they are unsure. Test both new and older records before changing the way the entire company works.
This small first group helps reveal confusing stages or report fields while fewer people are affected. Ask each provider who will lead that review, when the wider rollout could begin, and what you will learn before expanding.
Questions buyers ask
Do I need to replace our CRM?
Not necessarily. You can first check whether clearer sales rules or a small change will solve the problem. Move to another CRM only when you have a specific reason.
What does the Free Audit cover?
It gives you a place to discuss what is going wrong and where to start. The paid proposal sets out the actual build, its price, and what is included.
Is ₦250,000 the price for any CRM project?
It is the starting price for a Build Sprint, not a fixed price for every migration. Ask for a quote based on your tools, number of processes, and team needs.
When should I consider Huble?
Consider Huble if you need a larger HubSpot project and want a specialist partner. Compare its written plan and team with Automatic Pallet’s plan for the same job.
What should we bring to a call?
Bring one recent example: a lead nobody followed up, a report nobody trusts, or a hand-off that did not happen. Explain who was involved and what should have happened next.
