We aim to keep this policy fair, transparent, and workable for a storefront that sells digital assets, service engagements, and strategy-led delivery.
Eligibility window
Most digital products remain eligible for review within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been fully downloaded, activated, or consumed.
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method or converted to store credit when that better fits the product or engagement type.
Refundable items
Items that can still be reviewed
- Digital products that have not been downloaded or accessed.
- Service deposits for projects that have not yet started.
- Incorrectly billed transactions, duplicate charges, or payment errors.
Non-refundable items
Items we cannot reverse after fulfillment
- Completed strategic services, workshops, or consultations.
- Software licenses that have already been activated or redeemed.
- Ad spend, media costs, or third-party platform fees already incurred.
How to request a refund
Contact support with your order number, the reason for the request, and any relevant fulfillment context. Most requests are reviewed within 48 business hours.
